Nightly Rate & Stay Requirements
Nightly Rental Rates
◦ Nightly rental rates begin at $345 per night
◦ Rates vary by season, demand, and holidays
◦ A 2-night minimum is required for most stays
◦ A 3-night minimum applies to holidays and peak summer weekends
◦ Final nightly pricing is shown during the booking request process
Cleaning & Turnover Fee
◦ A separate cleaning fee- $125 is required for every reservation
◦ Covers professional cleaning, sanitization, laundry, and restocking
◦ Ensures a consistent, high-quality experience for every guest
◦ Guests are expected to return the RV in broom-clean condition, including:
◦ Trash removed
◦ Dishes washed and neatly stacked
◦ Surfaces wiped
◦ Personal items removed
◦ Excessive cleaning, rule violations, or damage may result in additional charges
◦ Full details are outlined in the rental agreement
Pet Policy
◦ Dog-friendly (with approval)
◦ One dog allowed per stay
◦ A flat $75, per-stay pet fee applies
◦ Guests are responsible for any pet-related damage or excessive cleaning
Delivery Service & Pricing
Delivery pricing is based on distance from ZIP code 01585 and accounts for transportation, setup, and retrieval of the RV. Delivery service is not included in the nightly rental rate.
Locations outside this area may be considered with prior approval.

Important Booking Details
◦ A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your dates

◦ All delivery locations must be within our service radius or approved in advance
◦ The RV remains stationary for the duration of the stay
