FAQ

Do I need RV experience to book?

No RV experience is required.
The RV is delivered, set up, and prepared for your stay. If you’re present at delivery, we’re happy to provide a brief walk-through. If not, clear instructions and guides are provided so you feel comfortable and supported.

Do I need to book my campsite before reserving the RV?

You may submit a booking request with either a confirmed campsite or an intended campground location. A confirmed campsite is required before delivery takes place.

Many guests check RV availability first, then secure their campsite once dates are confirmed.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver within 75 miles of ZIP code 01585.
All delivery locations must be approved in advance.

Private land or special locations may be considered with prior approval.

What kind of campsite do I need to book?

The RV is a Jayco Redhawk 26XD motorhome, approximately 28 feet long.

Campsites must accommodate:

  • Minimum site length: 30 feet

  • Preferred site length: 30–50 feet

Back-in sites are acceptable if size requirements are met.

If the site does not offer full hookups, the campground must be generator-approved.

Does the campground need to know you’re delivering the RV?

Yes. Guests are responsible for informing the campground that a third-party RV delivery company will be dropping off and picking up the RV.

Prior to delivery, we’ll need:

  • Campground name

  • Reservation name

  • Campsite number

  • Confirmation that RV delivery is permitted

How does delivery and setup work?

This is a delivery-only RV experience. Guests do not drive or tow the RV.

We deliver the RV to your approved campsite, position it properly, connect available hookups, and prepare the space so everything is ready when you arrive.

When do you arrive to deliver and set up the RV?

Delivery and setup are scheduled around campground check-in times, not guest arrival.

Most campgrounds allow RV access starting around 2:00 PM, which is used for delivery, setup, and preparation. Guests typically arrive later in the afternoon, often around 4:00 PM, once everything is ready.

As a helpful tip, many guests choose to book their campsite one night earlier so the RV can be delivered and set up the day before their arrival.

What time do we need to depart on checkout day?

Campground checkout times apply to RV pickup, not guest departure.

Guests are required to vacate the RV approximately two hours before campground checkout time to allow for breakdown and departure.

Example:
If campground checkout is 12:00 PM, guests must be checked out of the RV by 10:00 AM.

What should we know about water and tank usage?

If you book a full hookup campsite, tank management is not something you’ll need to worry about.

For non-full hookup sites, tank usage may need to be considered for longer stays or larger groups. Being mindful of water usage and using campground restroom and shower facilities when available can significantly reduce tank accumulation.

If tank management applies to your booking, we’ll explain expectations in advance so there are no surprises.

What happens if the weather isn’t great?

Camping is an outdoor experience, and weather is part of it. Bookings are not affected by standard weather conditions.

Certain features, such as the awning, may only be used in clear, calm conditions and must remain closed during wind, rain, or storms.

In the event of severe or unsafe weather, we may coordinate delivery or pickup timing for safety and will communicate directly if adjustments are needed.

What if something isn’t working as expected?

If anything does not appear to be functioning as intended, please contact us promptly so we can assist.

The RV is carefully maintained and delivered fully prepared. Guests should not attempt repairs or adjustments themselves. Reaching out allows us to address issues properly.

What support is available during our stay?

We provide support throughout your stay.

  • Emergent issues: available at any time

  • Non-urgent questions: same-day response during normal business hours

What are the cleaning and checkout expectations?

Before departure, please:

  • Wash dishes

  • Remove trash and dispose of it at campground dumpsters

  • Wipe surfaces as needed

  • Place used linens in the shower
